 Welcome to RUM CAKE ISLAND…
Traditional Island rum cake at its finest! This is the cake I fell in love with while on a vacation in the Caribbean.
When my family travels, we always enjoy bringing a little bit of our experiences back home with us- mostly it’s food related! It’s unanimous in our family- island destinations will always be our first choice. We love the sun, sea, cultures and cuisine. After testing many recipes, I have perfected my rum cake recipes to reflect what I feel is a true feeling of being in the islands. These cakes are moist and full of the flavors of the islands! I currently offer six variations in two sizes: traditional golden rum cake, chocolate coconut, banana nut, strawberry banana, pumpkin spiced, and my newest flavor- key lime! I also make a version with Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey.
It really doesn’t matter if you have been to the islands. RUM CAKE ISLAND is a state of mind more than a particular place. Enjoy my rum cakes with family, give them as gifts or order one all for yourself! Let my cakes make your day a little better- discover the taste of paradise…
